NexGuard MDM collects information necessary to provide device management services, including: account registration information (name, email, phone number), managed device information (UDID, device name, operating system), and system activity logs.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to operate and improve MDM services, provide technical support, send important security notifications, and comply with legal obligations under Vietnam's Cybersecurity Law 2018 and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
3. Data Storage & Sovereignty
NexGuard acts as a Data Controller or Data Processor depending on the specific service agreement. All data is stored at Tier 3 data centers in Vietnam (Viettel IDC or VNPT IDC), ensuring data sovereignty in compliance with law. NexGuard commits to not transferring data outside Vietnam without explicit written customer consent.
4. Information Sharing
NexGuard does not sell or rent personal information. Information is only shared with third parties when required by competent state authorities under the law, or when explicitly authorized by customers.
