1. Scope of Service
NexGuard MDM provides mobile device management (MDM) solutions for organizations and businesses in Vietnam. Services include Apple device management, security policy deployment, and technical support throughout the contract period.
2. Payment and Billing
Service fees are billed annually based on the number of managed devices. Full VAT invoices are issued. Payment can be made in installments as agreed — typically 2–3 tranches per year.
3. SLA Commitments
NexGuard guarantees 99.9% uptime for MDM Cloud. Technical support via hotline and email on business days. Incident response time: under 4 hours for critical incidents.
4. Data Ownership
Customers own all device and organizational data. NexGuard only processes data to provide services. Upon contract termination, all data is exported and deleted from NexGuard systems within 30 days.
5. Termination
After contract expiry, the system continues to operate normally. Only after 3 months without a renewal contract will the system be locked. The NexGuard team will proactively reach out to assist with renewal.
